Moving from Minneapolis to DeBary next month

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and With a population of 22,602, DeBary is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Springfield area are tough. Kids love it here.

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The housing market is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
