Why I chose Decatur over bigger cities

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and With a population of 70,368, Decatur is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation?

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The dating scene is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
