Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $234,600, which is actually reasonable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
