Hey everyone, Median household income is $124,375, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $2,058 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Nashville about 1 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Close to major attractions
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Property taxes are high
Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are affordable, gas is underrated.
Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. No regrets on my end..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
