Life in Dedham as a young professional
I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The housing market scene is challenging
The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
