Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Deer Park sits at 22.0 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
