Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Rent is about $1,299/month for a decent place. Median household income is $95,233, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
