Best restaurants in Deer Park?

Crime rate is something to consider -Deer Park sits at 140.5 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,299 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in East. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in marketing. If you're in consulting you might struggle.

People: Generally pretty good. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2019 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone about the same since then.
