Cost of living reality check -Deer Park

Been meaning to ask this. I'm retired and Household incomes average around $95,233 in Deer Park. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any help is appreciated. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
