I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The food scene is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great sushi places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Greenfield area are challenging. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cost of living is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a lawyer who relocated here from Atlanta about 9 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a job opportunity.
Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions
Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Urban sprawl is real
Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Baltimore about 8 years ago. The main reasons were weather and work.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good schools in most areas
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Homeless population growing downtown
Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are established, gas is tough.
Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
