Cheapest neighborhoods in Deerfield Beach?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Crime rate is something to consider -Deerfield Beach sits at 430.1 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.
