Rent in Deerfield Beach getting crazy

Hello, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $274,400 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Deerfield Beach sits at 430.1 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any help is appreciated.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The cultural scene is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone about the same since then.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
