Should I move to Deerfield Beach or stay in Omaha?

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $274,400 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much pricey but now it's improving.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The housing market is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
