What I wish I knew before living in Deerfield Beach

So, It's a a smaller city city with about 86,742 people. Household incomes average around $56,976 in Deerfield Beach. Poverty rate is 11.1%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,670/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Cheers. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I work in legal here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is challenging. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Bought a house here in 2018 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
