Planning a move to Deerfield -neighborhoods?

Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. With a population of 19,185, Deerfield is a small town. You can expect to pay around $2,345 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
