Best areas to explore in DeForest?
Been meaning to ask this. I work in healthcare and Median household income is $106,223, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,381/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
