Alright, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $163,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 10.0%, which is concerning. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
