Housing in Del Aire compared to Omaha

Curious what people think. I work in energy and The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thanks! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Came here for retirement and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The school system is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Lakewood area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.
