Rent in Del City getting crazy

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $112,800 on average. Household incomes average around $48,895 in Del City. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good job market
- Friendly people
- Diverse community
- Lots of new development

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Rising rent prices
- Not very walkable
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Far from major airports

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Happy to answer more specific questions..
