Is public transit usable in Del Monte Forest?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in healthcare and It's a a small town city with about 3,576 people. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $154,730 in Del Monte Forest. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Sunset. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in tech. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
