Anyone work in healthcare in Del Rey Oaks?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 1,556 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
