Best neighborhoods in Del Rio
Been meaning to ask this. You can expect to pay around $892 for rent here. With a population of 34,638, Del Rio is a smaller city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
