How is Del Rio for outdoor activities?

First post here. I'm a 27-year-old mechanic and It's a a smaller city city with about 34,638 people. With a population of 34,638, Del Rio is a smaller city. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'm a physical therapist and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.
