Raising a family in Del Rio -thoughts?

With a population of 34,638, Del Rio is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,638 people. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Indian places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
