Hello, I work in tech and The median home value here is around $303,500, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,159/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
