What DeLand does better than anywhere else

I'm a college student here and It's a a smaller city city with about 39,832 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The traffic is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
