It's a a smaller city city with about 39,832 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

**What I love:**
1. Friendly community, easy to meet people
2. Good airport with direct flights
3. Lots of family-friendly activities
4. The people are generally decent - I found my community within the first year
**What I don't love:**
1. Limited public transit options
2. Not very walkable outside downtown
3. The outdoor recreation situation is wild and doesn't seem to be improving
**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**

- Old Town: More affordable, family-friendly.

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are established, gas is hit or miss.
