Best companies to work for in Delano?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $1,111/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $270,300, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
