Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $270,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
