Moving to Delano with kids -good idea?

Hi all, Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. What would you do?   Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'm a HR manager and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
