I'm a teacher here and Crime rate is something to consider -Delavan sits at 171.9 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
