Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in real estate and Rent is about $1,420/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Cheers. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
