Internet providers in Delhi?

OK so Been living here since 2010. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 10,525, Delhi is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Thanks for reading. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Uptown for 8 years. Moved from Chicago for quality of life. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is average. We bought in 2021 at k and it's now worth about the same than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 1-bed in a safe area. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals.

**Employment:**
legal is strong here. education is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I love the pace of life here. The outdoor scene is hit or miss - we have biking trails within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Uptown schools are better than expected. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Traffic during rush hour is rough. Limited public transit options. And cost of living can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For remote workers, I'd say this is a 5/10. Hope this helps!. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Denver about 10 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Strong job market in several industries
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Summers can be brutally hot

Financially, we've found it underrated compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are growing, gas is better than expected.

Socially, the quality of life is solid. Definitely worth checking out..

I've been in South for 6 years. Moved from Nashville for retirement. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is pretty good. We bought in 2015 at k and it's now worth up significantly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 2-bed in a safe area. Older homes are where the value is.

**Employment:**
real estate is strong here. healthcare is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it's not perfect but it works for me. The outdoor scene is surprisingly good - we have state parks within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. South schools are improving. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Rising rent and home prices. Limited shopping options. And walkability can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For young professionals, I'd say this is a 7/10. Definitely worth checking out.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.
