Curious what people think. Military spouse here. Median household income is $66,306, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $338,800 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
