Hey, My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Delray Beach sits at 476.5 per 100K. Rent is about $1,914/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
