First post here. I'm single, late 50s, and Homes are going for about $386,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,914 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
