Planning a move to Delray Beach -neighborhoods?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 18 years and Median household income is $79,393, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
