Thinking about relocating to Deltana from Baltimore

Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $1,493/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 2,064 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Nashville it's decent.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want nightlife, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
