I'm a teacher here and With a population of 95,682, Deltona is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $254,100, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Downtown area are decent. Kids love it here.
