What surprised you most about Deltona?

OK so We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $72,967 in Deltona. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
