Is Dentsville walkable?

Hi all, I'm a 41-year-old contractor and With a population of 15,396, Dentsville is a small town. Rent is about $1,145/month for a decent place. Median household income is $44,029, which feels on the lower side for the area. The median home value here is around $154,600, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Lots of new development happening
- The food scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. Feel free to reach out with questions..
