Rent just went up again in Denver

Alright, need some real talk here. Parent of two, been here since 2022. Property values in Congress Park went up 8% last year alone. Downtown has improved dramatically since I first moved here. What am I missing here?

Not to be negative but the city is losing character. I still like living here overall though. Just keeping it real.
