Unpopular opinion about Denver

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 49°F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? TIA! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Moved here from Portland about 7 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to safety but It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Lakewood side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Moved here from Seattle about 11 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Good luck with whatever you decide..
