First post here. I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Denver sits at 162.3 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,098 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good....
