Alright, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 23.0%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $46,023 in Deposit. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting....
