Is Derby getting better or worse?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $242,300, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $76,263 in Derby. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
