Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 21,668, Derry is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
