Is Descanso good for remote workers?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 3 years and Median household income is $125,714, which feels pretty solid for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles...
