First post here. Born and raised here. Median household income is $50,349, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 32,786, Desert Hot Springs is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cheers.
