Hey everyone, The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,786 people. The median home value here is around $309,300, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 15.5%, which is higher than I expected. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to.

I'm a chef and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
